$200 OBO? This really is a nice setup for someone on a budget. Wheel and tire combo weighs in at 29 pounds (wheel is ~12 pounds).
I've recently upgraded to Enkei RPF-1s on my turbo Miata. My previous setup is for sale. This consists of Konig Feathers with Yokohama S-Drive 195/50R15.
This is a used setup that I've been driving since 2008. I estimate the S-Drives have 30-40% tread remaining. Also, there are repairable bends in the two wheels that were mounted on the passenger side of the car. Note that these wheels retail for $94 from Good-Win (http://www.good-win-racing.com/Mazda...60-1349SS.html), so it may not make sense to repair them. Other than the bends (pictured below), there is no other damage or road rash on any of the wheels.
Looking for $250 with local pickup in Granbury. Cell 281-546-0127 (Rick).

Do they still hold air and balance with the bends?
I'm really looking for 7" or 7.5" wide wheels for the 225-width tires I just got from jrj512 here, they might be a little squished on these 6.5"'s, but my budget says I should consider them.
They hold air just fine and are driveable but vibrate. Not sure if they'll balance. I took my car in for a balance and rotate due to the vibration. Tech showed me the bends and we didn't even try to balance them. Gave me the excuse the buy the wheels I actually wanted but was too cheap to buy in the first place (Enkei RPF-1).
I do think 225 would be a squeeze for this wheel. The mounted S-Drives still have plenty of life in them. The thing that makes this a good deal is the wheels plus tires. Fix the two bent wheels (probably $60 each) and you've got a nice upgrade from stock for ~$320 that shouldn't need further attention for at least a year.

No. Looks like that guy had a bad day. Clean car though. I like the color .
I've not looked into it, sorry. I do know that with these wheels, the cost will not exceed $94/wheel because that's how much the wheels cost new from Good-Win.
