You have it set to the stiff position, moving the bolts to the outer hole soften the bar. On the rear bar making it stiffer will increase oversteer, softer will reduce oversteer, in most cases.
there are two holes at the end of the bar, an inner and an outer. right now i have it set to the inner one(the one closer the actual bar) what does each setting do anyway? thanks for any help.

So you are running a stock front sway with a RB rear set to stiff? That must be fun... be careful!

Endlinks should be adjusted as follows:
1. Park the car on level ground.
2. Make sure that the car is sitting on the wheels at ride height with a driver in it.
3. Adjust end links so there is zero pre-load on either side.
The end links do not necessarily need to be the same length in order to be set right. They DO necessarily need to have ZERO preload at level ride height with driver weight in the seat.
Hope this helps.
