AutoVista. The controller controls for this mode are pretty awkward and clumsy feeling, like the person you're controlling is drunk or something, Kinect might really improve that.
As far as head tracking - it sound amazing in practice, but has anyone tried it? I'm curious if it works well, since you're turning your head, but the TV isn't moving. I don't have a Kinect and have never used it, but from my other experience with motion tracking devices, I'd be worried about the sensor becoming confused, and jumping your gaze all over every once in a while. Anyone tried this yet?

I wish there was an affordable FF wheel for Xbox.

I've had varied success with the head tracking. At first it was awkward, but I made some adjustments to the sensitivity and spent more time driving with it. It works pretty well once it's dialed in and you're used to it. I will continue to use it.

For $129 (plus $20-30 for a wired controller) i rather us that to buy a new wheels that works with all 3. On top of that the force feed back is crap. It's taking the rumble pack signal as it emulates force feed back and from everything i have seen or read on wheel converter packs getting a real wheel is smarter.

I agree 100%. Am I missing something, or is the only one supported by Forza4 the ridiculously expensive one from Fanatec?
$250 for just the wheel + $150 for pedals and more $$ if you want an h-gate shifter is crazy expensive. I'm sure it's really great but they should make an all plastic one for half the price for people on a budget.
Also, jeff_man awesome 16 car delorean race last night, hahaha... I could only stay on for the one race before finishing a project I had due today, but it gave me a much-needed chuckle.
The Fanatec is awesome and totally worth it. I just bought a CSR to replace my 911 Turbo S. Both wheels really add to the experience, and are surprisingly realistic.
I am generally faster on the controller, but in autocross mode I have been finding that I am faster on the wheel.
With the amount that people play forza compared to the amount of seat time they actually get in real life, it makes way to much sense to just buy the wheel.
I know DragonflyMR2 likes his GT2 and that slowchildmiata will like his when my Old Turbo S arrives in the mail.
Spend $500 on good wheel and be slower then people with controllers online or buy bad ass controller and be faster. The adjustable physical thumb stick sensitivity alone if worth the price.

^Pretty cool, and I love Razer products, but I'd rather pretend I'm a race car driver with the wheel and be slow![]()
I have a Fanatec wheel as well. Love it. I wouldn't play a driving game with a controller. Don't bother with the 6-spd shifter...there is no slip in the game, so shifting did nothing but spin me out every time. The only way I found to not spin was to shift at 2k rpm, which makes winning races really hard. I fiddled with all the options for over a month before I ditched the shifter and used the paddles. I also bought a converter to use my PS3 wheel, and it "worked" if you want to have no feedback and no resistance. I still use the converter to use the MUCH BETTER PS3 controller when I play Call of Duty, which made it well worth it.

not sure about the wheel but when using the controler to do the clutch all it is, is an on/off switch for the most part. The clutch is either disengaged or engaged there is no inbetween.
