They are, but they require cutting large holes in the trunk tupperware to make said adjustments.

If you're not getting the 4100s, then I'd do the Bilstein because I've had great longevity and reliability with those shocks. I've had them on 3 cars and gone over 100k on two of them...I assume I'll go over 100k on the daily too. Just make sure you get the right spring rates for them or you will regret it on an NA/NB.

You don't actually have to cut holes, it just makes it much easier. What about cable extentension adjusters?

Since I like to have the option to make things all-original, I picked up a set of original trunk plastic from a mx5 cup car. Got it stored in the garage. :)

Are the Bilstein's on an NC a proven option for Track/Autocross/Hardparking??

I'm a huge fan of Bilstiens also but they are a proven option on an NA & NB. From my limited understanding the NC is a different beast than its ancestors.

I get that, but I was specifically referring to longevity and durability.

I recommend Moton Motorsport 4-ways for hard parking.

Ohlins have a good reputation, but I'm too cheap to go that route.

Koni's were delivered today. Springs scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday.

Still need to decide on a FSB.

Sammm - consider trying an RX8 oem bar before you bother buying aftermarket, unless you are sure you know what you want. Hard to beat the price.

That's on top of my list at this point...brand new from Mazdaspeed is $81 for an RX-8 Sport FSB!
