This has me curious now. I wonder how much faster the karts would be on a warm night. We went early on friday morning and the outside temp was in the 30's. We were the first group out and I had the fast lap at 28.0s.
Based on decreasing lap times, the karts got much faster after the tires and track warmed up. From talking to the workers, they usually have set their fastest lap times at the end of the day.
I wouldn't be surprised if 25.xx laps become common for some of the faster guys when the weather warms up.
