Do you use a cisco VPN (Any connect SSL vpn typically?)

Reinstall it. You can get the install files from here: http://cisco.quanza.net/ or from your IT staff.

If you don't have a cisco anyconnect vpn that you connect to, just uninstall it from the control panel and be done with it :)
