Default 02 Sensor Help. Swapped Mid-pipes Now Getting No Voltage

I was getting tired of my po420 code, so i swapped my mid pipe with a known good OEM one.

Ive gone 130 miles and haven't gotten a code yet, my scanner is saying everything is ready, and passed the state inspection obd check on my scanner but when i run (live data) one of my 02 sensor readings fluctuates, But the other one stays at 0.0 Volts

with my old mid pipe it would move about as well, 5v-10v-15 ect.... this just stays a 0.0,

Do you guys think it will throw another CEL ? Is my 02 sensor on after my cat bad ?

Here is a picture of my scanner and the readings i got.

Also under obd2 stat: it says CA, does that mean i have a 99 Cali Emissions car ? i don't have a precat coming off my exhaust manifold that's what also confuses me.

The scanner does not know if you have a Fed or CA car. I know because I have one of each of the 99. Like I said before, I think it is possible your #1 O2 sensor (the one immediately behind the header) that is bad. Swapping the rear one is not going to help. One way to tell is to swap the sensors. I am not any expert but I had so much troubles with O2 sensors/CEL last couple of years and had learned a thing or two about these senors.

Before i swapped the mid-pipe ( the same day) i was getting voltage from that sensor,

i swap mid pipes, im getting no CEL, but now im getting no voltage, the only sensor i touched was the one on the mid pipe.

I used to get codes, po420, and after i took off the midpipe 02 sensor to do the "spacer trick" i was getting a code that said 02 sensor below threshold or something like that,

Ive gone about 150 miles now, no codes, longest ive gone in 2 years with out throwing a code, between 45-70 miles they would usually come back. the PO welded a cheap cat on the mid-pipe that came with my car.

So that 0V is not normall right ?

Does anyone eles have a scanner ? and can tell me what their NB shows @ idle from that sensor ?

Almost 200 miles on it, no check engine light yet.

I should stop worrying about this

There should be voltage, normally I think it cycles around .5v less than the front. I hope it doesn't but no voltage might throw a code, time will tell I guess.

Don't mean to hijack this thread. The damage on my car from Fri comes to over $1.3K according to Service King's estimate. The car drives fine and I think it is 100% sheet metal.

The others persons insurance is paying right ?

I rear ended a lady a few months back and spent around, $800 on both fenders, a hood and latch and driver side headlight, paint isn't a perfect match but its better then nothing.

Update: 900 miles on the car with the swapped mid pipe, still no voltage on the scanner and still no check engine light
