Wink 90 Mariner Blue Miata for sale

I love my Miata. When I bought it I had immediate access to a larger vehicle, which I no longer have. I just need money for a bigger vehicle.
    It's a 1990 Mariner Blue, black interior.
Trackdog has gone through and taken care of a lot of the big things:
    Timing belt/water pump
    Valve cover gasket
    Struts
    Brakes on all 4 wheels.
    New radiator, belts, and hoses.
Transmission and rear diff fluid replaced.
It has 14" factory daisies painted white, with tires that were bought new at the end of last September. I drive very little so the tires don't have many miles on them, I'd have to check the receipt.
I put a new starter in it a few months ago, Oreilly lifetime warranty.
It has a Autozone AGM battery in it that checks out under load, and that I take out and put on the battery tender occasionally to make sure it's topped off.
AC blows cold, heat blows hot. All positions of vents work.
I have a black tonneau cover for the top when it's down.

It'll need a top. It has a couple of spots that leak, as well as where the windows meet the roof. The split seal there leaks at the split a little.
Rain drains are kept clear with a sink clog removing cable that has a piece of velcro on the end of it. Works great.
I keep damp-rid in it so it doesn't get all mildewy if it rains.
The paint is peeling on one headlight lid and a couple of small spots on the back bumper and the side. The clearcoat peeled.
Trackdog did a compression check and the cylinders are a bit low, but even across all 4.
THe clutch throwout bearing chirps but hasn't changed in the 8 months or so I've had it.
There is rust under the battery, from what looks like a regular wet-cell battery being used at some point. I've cleaned and used rust converter primer and then trunk paint over it. It was pretty bad, though, so if I was going to keep it I'd do a POR-15 filler in the area at some point in the future.

That's about all I can think of off the top of my head. PM me or reply here if you need more info.

I need to see $3500 out of it.

    Default

It's got NGK plugs and wires, and I changed the fuel filter last fall as well.
I have an O2 sensor for it but haven't put it on yet. I can solder and heat-shrink the connector on there so it's right.
Trackdog also flushed my brake and clutch fluids.
I've run Mobil high-mileage oil in it, 3 months/3000 miles.

High miles on the car, though. 189400 or so. It runs really well, doesn't burn oil, and gets about 28mpg on the highway without AC. 25 with AC. With mostly city driving I get 20-23 mpg.
