My wife and I wouldn't trade our Honda odyssey for anything else. Once you have the most practical vehicle ever made, hard to go back. Take a look at the Odyssey Touring. It has everything you mentioned and then some, don't let the MPV change your mind, they aren't even in the same class IMHO

Nice!!! You made a great choice, one that you'll not regret. We LOVED our CX-9 and frankly, I wish we could've stayed in one. Congrats!

Sorry I didn't make it last night...we were driving around in our new Explorer late yesterday afternoon and my wife decides she wants to go on a date, so we did!

Congrats, William! CX-9 is a great car - definitely our favorite of the big, but not huge SUVs. We replaced the wifes 2003 Odyssey a couple weeks ago - drove the CX-9, Pilot, Acadia, Explorer. CX-9 was our favorite by far, and very nearly pulled the trigger on a white/sand one at Mazda of McKinney. The thing is, we use 3 rows AND luggage space pretty frequently - and my wife started the whole shopping process with "I want a Suburban". So I think you know where we landed...

She loves her new Yukon XL Denali. I try not to think about the fact that I could have bought her a new CX-9 and myself a new MX-5 for the same price. But in the 3 weeks we've had it, it's taken a bunch of ladies to a mom's retreat at Pine Cove near Tyler and been on a family vacation to Broken Bow, OK. This weekend, I've got a "campout" with the YMCA Indian Princesses, and the list continues. And we all know the saying about a happy wife.

You and Trina enjoy the CX-9! Love the colors you chose.

Very nice. My wife and kids would destroy that pretty interior in less than 2 weeks. They don't listen to me. Congrasts.

It's leather with black carpet. I think it will hold up. We had gray cloth before and it survived some serious messes. The wife and kids do tend to have selective hearing, don't they?
