Default You can tune an engine but you can't tuna fish.

Without further ado, let's give a big hand to (now supporting) mr brg who will show us that a Megasquirt is not necessarily the money shot in a porno.

My newest acquistion for my daily:

This is not my forum, its a place for everyone to post questions and help each other. I think we have enough people running stand alone EFI now that is time to embrace. Everything I learned came from Miata Turbo.

    That is scary.
Wealth, power, and experience are apparently not enough to save us from social influences. Groupthink, as described by I.L.Janis, is the tendency for group members to reach a consensus opinion, even if that decision is downright stupid (Janis 1982).

Lots of fast, reliable cars and many celebrity engineers there. Your response to anything there was to buy AEM and get it tuned at Alamo. I like you and your shop, but that's the way the cards fell.

Club Roadster has a different motivation than Miata Turbo. I actually like some of the stuff on there. More about show than go but there's nothing wrong with that.
    ...and across the line.

Well, my daily runs on MS2. However, I have a new crack in the header and AFRs are whacked. I guess I'm swapping headers before I leave for Houston tomorrow.

...and it is still good advice. What ECU is Savington running now?

Exactly. MT.net is about pretending to know what's best to go fast, while CR.net is about pretending to be fast. :P

Buying AEM isn't going to make my car magically faster. I like the knock-window and all, but once that's added to MS2 and MS3, I don't know of much if any advantage of AEM.

Of course not.... that happens when you put the AEM sticker and/or license plate on.

    Advantage found.

MS VE table 8x8 (64 pts) or 12x12 (144 pts)
AEM EMS VE Table 21x17 (357 pts)

    That only works on Hondas.

You're only a real man once you have built and run a Megasquirt you built yourself.

"What is the most bauce way to tune cruise?" I thought you would never ask!!!
    1.Get on highway
2.Place brick on throttle to maintain throttle position
    3.Open fuel and spark tables
4.Adjust VE and spark tables to reduce PW at a given throttle position
    5.Floss

So was the new idea to have a section for tuning and put everything in one thread?
