Hallett 2013 Planning Commitee Meeting Saturday May 5th, 2012
First meeting went well. We have a few folks gathering information. If you haven't done that yet, here is you're friendly reminder.
We can use some more people involved.
Second meeting is at my house in Murphy again and hope anyone who is even remotely interested in continuing Miatas at Hallett after this year will attend. We also need significant others involved in this. So for those of you lucky enough to convince a woman to give you the time of day, please get them involved. We need folks behind the scenes as well.

Why do these meetings??
Why not ask Thor to set up an area here on the forum where interested parties can register and then chime in and learn the details of the event. Make it where they need to ask to be let in so folks who don't give a rats ass don't get access. PLus if someone like OZMDD is being an ass Thor can kick them out.
Meetings at someones house are so 1977 and one meeting already with 100% no show isn't a great start.
I am very mildly interested in possibly helping but no way in hell I'm going all the way to Murphy to see if this is worth messing with...
