Dampen the concrete with water, sprinkle on Tide, scrub it in with a good broom, take a break and then rinse before it dries.

NOTHING is slipperier be very careful on slick concrete covered with wet Tide. Buy me a Nikon and I'll come do both your garage and shop floors.
