    Default FS: Star Specs

    BUMP, PRICE DROP

I bought a set of tires in the wrong size for my car. Thus, I have a brand new set of Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Specs for sale. By "brand new," I mean they have maybe 25 miles on them. They are 225/50-R16s and they cost $525 or so new through Texas Track Works.

No shipping, no tax, $350 cash.

NC_Eunos could use these on his RX-7 rims I think.

what size did you mean to buy? will those fit on the stock 16s? stock is 205/45/16 I think. your tires are 20mm wider and a little taller. more grip? when is wide too wide

They fit the stock 16" wheels, just not the fenderwells. I have a 2002, btw. They actually fit, but they'll rub at full lock and over large bumps. I had plans (that I have since completed) to install FM V-Maxx coilovers and lower the car, so these would NOT have worked. They would be best for a different car or possibly somebody with a stripped track Miata, although a track car would likely be lowered also.
