WTB 1.8 engine for 1996

I posted a while back but my thread is gone. I have arranged to get an engine swap done by good ole' Stevan but he may have issues finding an engine. So he suggested I look around too and here I am again guys. Anyway, any help would be appreciated.

You might check with Gary @ Trackdog ....
I know that maybe a month or a little more back, he got a 1.8 from a '97 that he did an engine-swap on for me...
he might still have it & be able to sell it to you. I think it had 96K on it, but the inside of the motor was really clean ... looked like it had
regular oil changes at least, and it ran well.

(The one I replaced it with was 15k off of a rebuild with a new clutch and lightened flywheel -- otherwise I'd wouldn't have swapped it)
