On the track, I am fearless.
If you were as slow as me, you wouldn't be afraid either.

So how does one get get rid of old tires??

I really like the idea of a tire fire in the yard. Not necessarily your yard... got a neighbor you're not real fond of?

I'm an assistant manager at discount tire, specifically managing costs is part of my responsibility. Therefore I know we get charged and you were speaking out of ignorance and not out of fact.

I'd go drop them off at the Discount Tire in Carrollton.

Which one so I can make sure and bring my next set of old tires there? BTW yes you have to pay the state but then you sell the old tires to a third party so no you don't really pay the fee. Again fact not ignorance. If you don't do this then that is your own stupidity.
