The October 14th event was moved to Dallas Raceway from Mineral Wells Airpark.
The Guns and Hoses event, August 26, is at Memorial Stadium, West Mesquite High School.
How do you guys feel about us allowing competitors to pay to remove cone penalties from their times? I'm thinking $5 per cone to be donated to the charity. Money would have to be paid prior to their next run.

Because of recent Internet chatter I would like to notify you of ER's sound policy. We will be enforcing sound restrictions at our Mesquite event on August 26th. Our rules are pretty simple. If you go over 100 dBa we will have a chat with you. If you go over a second time then you will be asked to leave.
Any working muffler will probably get you under 100 dBa. Straight pipes or "racing" mufflers that are just a baffled wide spot in the pipe probably won't work. We did have a pretty blue v8 maverick last year with Flowmaster 40's that passed.
