    Why did somebody leave a shresded tire on george bussh ...had to end up ramming into it and ripped my lip completely off

    I feel your pain. My car went to the body shop on Sunday because of a tire ripping the bumper and lower splitter.

    Same thing happened to me in my Talon years ago. Ended up costing me about $1200! Stupid truck retreads!

    They should impregnate tires with serial # beads so that tires left on the highway could be traced to the owners who would then be held responsible for damages.
