"Slightly" worn Heater Core Hose for 99-05 Mazda Miata - $50 (Arlington)
I have a slightly worn heater core hose for a 99-05 Miata. It came off a '99.
As can be seen in the picture it has a slight (2 inch) hole in it. I would guess that you would only lose coolant at a rate of 20-25 percent per circulation.
I can see it developing a perfect way to let out excess pressure inside your coolant route. Save your head gasket from giving way, let that pressure come out some where!
