Agreed. Hit a cone and you're out, unless the other driver hits one as well. If one driver hits 1 cone, and the other hits 2, the one with the single cone hit wins.

We will setup cones at the start to use for handicapping the drivers. What should be the spacing on the cones? One every 3 feet, each cone is worth .25 of a second. First round is handicapped. Next round is driver negotiated?
