Instrument cluster/radio has no power?

I bought a 99' mx5 miata over the weekend and ran into some minor problems. I was wondering before I've to take everything apart, is it a bad bulb or is it more likely wiring/fuse problems?

Did you check the fuses? I'd start there.

i found those are the first to drop off when the battery is failing. car will run for a little longer but not much.
