Well the nox lowered on the last test i did, but everything else seemes like it got higher

Switched out the cat, added the new plus and wires...but was to late to get the test done
Btw, the cat that was there seemed like it was completely gutted, nothing in there.

Did you pin down the cause(s) of the failures?
Honestly i think it was the cat, but did the timing belt water pump and brake fluid change before i took the test, and it passed with flying colors
