Anyone know any good frame alignment shops who do good work and have good prices?

Hit up Rogue at Miata Solutions. If he can't do it, he can point you in the right direction.

If it makes you feel any better I bought my 91 (unknowingly) with a bad crank and was left with selling the car or replacing the engine.

So as all miata owners with critical issues i called Rogue and he hooked me up with DCE ( day custom engine) and I got a 1.8l (0 miles) with '00 year pistons for the 10.0:1 compression ratio, purchased new motor mounts, headers, clutch, misc swap brackets from fm.

It set me back $3 large. It was very disappointing news to receive and it's definitely not what I had envisioned spending my first 3k on my car would be. It did give my car a new life and for that I'm thankful.

Success is just going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.

And on that, the 2nd night I had my car back with its new engine I have my hard top stolen. Which I know I should have gotten locks so completely my fault but still very upsetting.
So a 1.5k (price of salvage soft top/frame, hard top loss) lost there because I didn't have full coverage.

Anyways moral to this story is: if your car can still manage to make you feel enthusiastic, (if it's a miata then chances are it probably does) then you should not have a issue being successful with your endeavor and miata life. I wish you luck, it's a fun and twisty journey, very twisty.

Is your (sub)frame damaged beyond repair?

Ps get hardtop locks if u don't have already
