These certs are like the ones you get at Zoom-Zoom Live events or similar in that they are (at least in theory) on top of any other discounts you may be get and may be combined with the $1000 owner loyalty if you've already got a Mazda (or a garage full).

Good question. I'll re-read the letter, but I think it stipulates 2013 mx-5 or mx-5 prht. Yup. 2013 only.
