You certainly have a short somehwere... I'd look anywhere the wires are in contact with the body or clamps. That's usually the first place; unless one of the components has suddenly shorted to ground internally.
Start at one end, and verify which harness is shorted to ground. Then disconnect a section as close to halfway through the harness as possible and check both ends; one should be shorted to ground, then continue this method until you have it isolated.
