In my opinion, yes. $5800 is high for a hail damaged 99 with 100k+ miles even with the hard top figured in. I'd sell the hard top separately for $900-$1000 and drop the car down to $4500 and take anything over $3500. I'd also suggest some day light photos, maybe in a park or some other nice back ground with the top down and boot cover installed if you have it. Make sure the car is clean inside and out. Get engine, interior, top and especially seat bolster photos. Take photos of any damage (like you did with the hail damage) as well.
I'll offer you two-fiddy.
Yeah, I was asking the same for a 99 10AE with a new motor/clutch, VG exterior condition, etc. You are about $1000 too high.
