    Default Nasty water bugs/giant roaches

Have not had an issue in this house until this year. All the rain, I guess.

Don't give up on the bugs that quickly. Have you tried them on rice?

If you were as slow as me, you wouldn't be afraid either.

I got jumped by those bastards one time. Left to go get a pizza, came back and a swarm of 'em flew in and covered the driveway area while I was gone. They started comin' at me while I was trying to get inside, a few going down my shirt. I ain't having that so I grabbed a can of Raid and defended the homeland. It was a battle but I ultimately persevered.

Gotta love General Default's customer service. He offered to meet me at the house today, but I have a meeting, so he'll be by tomorrow.

What would be the alternative?? You going to gather up all the roaches get them in the car so you could drive them over to General Default's house??

General Default rocks, he helped me track down one sneaky bastard mouse. We finally got him after 2 sleepless nights. He met his end under the left rear wheel of Jessica's Porsche.

Thanks for the kind words. The most common large roach in North Texas are called the American Roach aka water bug.

Clean out under the bushes around your house, remove leaves and rotting vegetation, and spread liberal amounts of diatomaceous earth around under bushes. For the ones that get in the house, don't f*** around: call General Default.

At our old house we had 2 nests in the wall of the garage. Six weeks after we moved in we called the exterminator and when he was done, we had a pile 3 foot in diameter and 12" deep of dead bugs in the garage. INSANE amount of bugs, but those f***ers were all dead and gone. We cleaned up under the bushes and used a lot of diatomaceous earth to help keep them away.

Just started with the DE trick in our plants and it works great. it is so fine though it does wash through the soil so you have to come back and hit it again every so often.

good to have you back CM
