    Default Plasti Dip

Well i have a 97 and the previous owner put the horrible spray paint all over the car so until I can actually afford a real paint job I sprayed it down with plasti dip what do you guys think?

actually doesn't look too bad in this pic but trust me in person its a different story

There are many of us here who have no problem at all with a good 50/50 Miata. Nice work.

As long as you're happy, don't worry what others think. Haters gonna hate.

I've not seen a plasti-dipped car in person. I know vejatabul vinyl wrapped his Miata in satin black and it looks pretty good.

Yeah i don't think the plasti dip looks bad at all there is a little streaking on the hood but personally I think it looks a million times better.

I guess you can check it out on Wednesday at the theater.

I was on a very tight budget so I used aerosol cans I'm sure the gallon with sprayer would have turned out better, but I'm happy with the results. Only bad is there is some streaking on the hood when I didn't spray evenly but I'm sure another coat would fix that. I'll take some day pics later today.

You can mist a little thinner on and it will help smooth it all out.
