The ring and pinon cost $800 new on Mazdaspeed, you might put it on either trackjunkies, NASA or MazdaRacers. The Spec Miata guys need the 4.3s.

maybe a dumb question, but is this just the diff and housing or does it come with axles?

Just the diff... It bolts into any 94-97 99-05 housing....
