I enjoyed the close competition today, except the part where I went from am FTD to 3rd place in X.

Here is a recap of the Club President Challenge:
We held a one-run bragging rights challenge with the president of each club running the same car: The Bandit. Despite significant consternation over the lack of multiple lumbar and headrest adjustments, Hollingsworth (BMW) took an early lead, and Howard (PCA) couldn't quite catch him. It was probably the unusually nimble and powerful feel of a Miata that threw-off the P-car enthusiast. Cost (ER) set an fast lap and jumped to the lead, despite his misgivings about the lack of classing options. The final run would be taken by Jan (NTAXS), who laid down a smoking raw time that would have won by 1.3 seconds, but - in true S2000 spirit (as the origin of the club) - was spoiled by his two cone penalties.
Looks like ER holds the bragging rights this time, but a rematch is sure to follow!

Great racing today, everyone was fast!! The course was great I really liked the flow of it, ended up taking the wide line on the last corner that seemed to be the fast way, thanks again ARMSTRONG for borrowing your car that just made me want the s2000 I want even more now...thanks to DAISY for the cookies I would marry you if you were not married already!!!! AMAZING!!!! Ian and mcshane really put on the heat and was a great race...Another great Autox by NTAXS!!!! Thanks everyone!!

Great event as usual. Congrats to Ashley on FTD - I finally out Mike and Greg both in my rear view mirror and someone else sneaks in for the win! That's racing, I guess.

I ended up missing a lot of the cars while helping some friends, and wasn't used to the camera I was borrowing, so a lot of shots didn't turn out, but I tried to get as much as I could up there.
