Default Where to get cheap 4x100 wheels

I am looking for some very cheap 4x100 wheels, I'm talking steelies with old tires. Just for rolling the car around. I know lots of cars had 4x100 wheels. Where would be the best place to look for these? Surely there are places where they are just thrown out.

Edit: This is not really a WTB, unless someone some lying around. Just curious where to look.

Hit up any discount tire, NTB, mexican tire shops, etc. I know at DTC we always had a few wheels laying around that we had just never gotten around to throwing away yet that the owners told us they didn't want anymore when they got new wheels.
