Just checked tonite and the poops are back, no new wires chewed though. Looks like I'll have to pick up the peppermint oil tomorrow. Crap

Buy some fox urine at Bass Pro Shops and spray it around your car. Or mix some canned corn with car coolant for their last supper.

Plaster-of-Paris (dry) mixed with raisons or other dried fruit also makes a great last mouse-supper, and they do love it.

I bought 100% pure peppermint oil at GNC and sprayed all of the wiring under the hood along with random places under the car. I will report back after it gets cold again. My car smells good for sure.

I found a place in Plano called the Pest Stop at 15th and Custer. I bought some Red Fox urine. I guess this weekends weather will be a good test.

So far so good with the Fox pee. I have seen no signs of the rodents returning. It does suck to have to remove the containers every morning before I leave for work though.

Well you learn stuff from family. My sister may have had the answer to what is behind this love affair for your car's wiring.

In a nutshell, the wiring may just be a yummy, soy based treat.

No odor at all. I have put cotton balls in small pill bottles with holes in them and soaked the cotton balls with the red fox urine. I put the pill bottles in a ziplock bag when I leave in the morning and put them back under the hood in the evening. On a side note, my cat got a whiff of my hand before I could wash them. I didn't see my cat for 2 days and he's an indoor cat.

Just don't Google where fox pee comes from. Sometimes you are better off not knowing.

Arghhhhhh! Effing mice built a nest on the patio, under the pool floaty-chairs. I pulled the chairs from the pool last month, and put them on the patio, as it got too cold to "float in the pool" with beer in hand. The little fookers destroyed the floaty-chairs by chewing them up for nest-parts.

    Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Your clearly not drinking enough. Buy new floaty chairs, and a flask of Hot Damn.

Wait mice can still swim can't they...
