it feels like the stud is turning in the hub...

Depending on your area to move in there you can cut the back of the stud off or weld it to the hub and get it off.
Good luck.

If you can't get to the back of the stud to secure it, try squirting some threadlock behind the nut with a syringe, so it finds its way to the stud, then retighten it as much as possible to pull the stud in. Once its cured, try removing with an impact wrench.
If that fails, you'll probably need to drill the stud out from inside the lug nut. Sucks.

From google:
I forgot to post a reply but I got it fixed. Took a chisel and knocked off the top on the lug nuts, took a drill bit that was a shade bigger than the threads on the nut, and drill straight into it until I got past the nut then it popped right off.. I really thought the studs would have been harder to drill than what it was.
good news!! the lugnut is off... both the nut and stud are stripped... note to self: never again let air tools(or the guy with them) over-tighten your lugnuts!

cool story bro, never had this happen but now I know what to do if it does,
my cordless impact usually is at 70-80ft lbs, then i break out the tq wrench and take it to 85.

Now that I have a new impact wrench, I need to make sure I keep it turned down when I snug up my nuts - it feels about 1000X more powerful than my old, neglected POS.

I use a 12v 'impact' to put lug nuts on...torque wrench after that.
