Ok so lets see...Past 350z owner, dont own a miata yet, thought i was going to go buy it and take it home today but they guy isnt responding so maybe he changed his mind? Needed something rwd, 2 door and light so miata is my choice. no more four door cars until i need to. Hope to become apart of the community real soon. The hunt for a miata continues. once I find one pics will be posted.

Welcome aboard!
If you can make it to Keller's tonight, you might get a line or two on a Miata to buy. At least you can meet up, ask questions, and maybe take a ride or two.

Welcome!
If you aren't married to 99+, I have a beautiful red 90 that is for sale. Good AC, runs well, bunch of fresh oem parts to replace some worn interior items, glass window top, clean seats. Has had TB/WP replaced in the past year.
I'd look VERY carefully at a 99 w/ that mileage for $3k. That's tripping my BS alarm. If it ain't wrecked or mechanically impaired, its a nice price. A beat-up Miata can easily eat up $2k in parts/service very quickly, so keep that in mind when comparing "value."
Lastly, why do you want a HT? Odds are that you'll hardly ever use it once the novelty wears off (its not cold enough in Dallas, and it does't make the AC work any better), or you'll keep it on all the time and wonder why you bought a vert.
My 2 cents. Welcome, hope to see you at Kellers.

not a big fan on the vert in any car, only going miata regardless of convertible is because there is no fixed roof option so it passes by default like the s2000. i just dont like pop headlights, had them on my firebird and transam didnt like the air brakes really. I'm not married to it but i much rather have them fixed, and not fixed in the up position either lol.
Edit: on and that miata had clear coat coming off it i think that messes with the price some

Welcome, good luck with your search.
On the track, I am fearless.
If you were as slow as me, you wouldn't be afraid either.

umm if anyone is able to go with me to go check out a car today b4 the meet that would b amazing, not new to cars. just miatas lol
I'm in arlington and the car is out in euless. Ya I should update that
Ok so I finally bought one. The one's I kept trying to look at where selling the same day even during the winter storm. 1999 green with some paint fading 3 grand for it, window doesnt work also but other then that couldnt find anything wrong with it.
Nice choice. The 99 is a great platform to mess with, and is a pretty good miata bone stock. Have fun, and bring it out to play with the other miatas!
