Doens't look like that great of a deal, once you factor in the lack of airbags and the salvage title.
If you were looking for one to strip out as a track rat, you could probably find one cheaper.
To unfuck this one for a normal person (not hellastanced, yo) would cost as much as buying a nicer, non-salvage one to begin with, I think.

Sell the HT for $2k, sell the goofy coilovers for $500 plus OEM, same for wheels/tires, a few other odds and ends and you've got a $5k NC. Drivers airbag isnt more than $150 from partsgroup, and the pass bag didnt blow. Salvage or not, that's a good deal for a track toy that still goes down the road nicely. YMMV
