Does the shop name begin with "C"?
Curious if the $150 annual fee is per vehicle or per "household" (say 2 cars). For the former, I'm a maybe. For the latter, I'd be a definite.
I've been talking with a high-end sports car specialist who does specialty/custom alignments with a new Hunter top of the line rack. I mentioned that I'd been using a shop on the Westside because they offered and annual alignment package. He said he'd be willing to offer a similar deal if I can demonstrate that there is a demand. If you think you'd take advantage of a quality alignment with the bonus of getting tweaks/touch-ups for a year for about $150, post here or pm me. If it looks like we have the interest, I'll post the name and location of the place. (Plano)

Don't look...there's nothing down here for you!
No, its not by household, its per car.
Nails, $100 is what a one-time alignment runs, while I'm sure you'd love to pay less, the price isn't what's on the table. Since $150+ is what other shops charge for a similar arrangement, its a good value to those of us who will actually have the car aligned more than once a year.

What is an alignment?
I'd be interested regardless of a deal if they are good. I'm tired of teaching and/or having to tighten eccentrics because they forget to.
Interested. I always got the NB aligned in Plano because the 'West Side' shop was so far from Frisco.
Also interested.

A few years back it was 90 sumpin' dollars for a year of alignments at NTB when AJ did it. Guess I'll do a one time alignment then since I don't have as many offs as I used to.
I would be in for a one time 4wheel alignment on the miata for $100. Any idea on a timeframe for this, or is that a standard price for this place?

I'd be very interested. If it is the shop that starts with a "C" and ends with a "G" off of Jupiter, please let me know ASAP. I was planning on hitting them for a fresh alignment on the S2000 in the next week or so anyway.

Not to steal business from this alignment shop (I don't think it will as this is a different... lower, more general... level of alignment). The NTB in Rockwall has a tech (Adam) working there now who actually understands what's what. He can put together what the machine is telling him and understands how the car works and can dial in what you're after. He's done some great work for my daily driver (do you see the intent here? Yeah, boring, I know). The 3 year unlimited alignment is around $150.
With that said, if I were getting into racing or wanted something more precision, I'm certainly down for the $150 for a year of precision race alignment. Absolutely. Gimme details.
For the mundane drivers like me, 99% of the time, the NTB in Rockwall is a much better option than most anywhere I've found locally for run of the mill alignment with a tech who can dial in specific alignments for you and enjoys doing so.
