I'm going to try M10 x 1.25 35mm cap head bolts.

I was removing the stock headers from my 1990 1.6, and I have buggered up several header studs
I didn't know there was a bracket holding the headers in place, bolted to the bell housing
? Anyone got the specs for the header studs ?
I'll probably just go back with bolts from homedepot if they have them.
I attempted to unbolt the bell housing bolts to remove the bracket, but they were not coming out. My 1/2inch impact couldn't remove them.
So, I used a sawzall and cut off 3/4 of the bracket(all I could cut without intereference), then wiggled the exhaust pipe until the rest of the bracket snapped off.

Not sure what size they are but I honestly wouldn't use bolts. However if you decide that is your plan make sure they are automotive grade or they will snap off once they are heat cycled a few times.
