Id assume as long as its not misrepresented then the buyer understands the liability when buying something that's "expired".
Then again, this is America, with a good enough lawyer I'm sure you could win one way or another. Haha.
Most people run with expired harnesses. Unless you are actually racing, they will tech good for HPDE, autocross and the like. Plus, how "expired" are your OEM seatbelts? LOL.
But, nonetheless, I wanted to be as upfront as possible about what I listed. These would not pass tech for wheel-to-wheel.
