See everyone at 6:30 at Go Go Gumbo.

According to this review, GoGo Gumbo tends to get crowded. If anyone arrived early, it looks like we'll need a table for eight.

    If we had only known!
On the track, I am fearless.
If you were as slow as me, you wouldn't be afraid either.

The racing was great! We both enjoyed it.

The restaurant was a mixed bag. I got a Bento Box that came with gumbo, shrimp & grits, crab cake, and a salad. It was very good! The hushpuppies disappointed me. Leilane's fried catfish was disappointing because there was not enough crispiness. Other people that got the blackened catfish complained it was too salty and mushy. The dessert, To Die 4, was really good, but I'm not sure it was "to die for." The Bananas Foster Cake at Eddie V's is to die for. I would consider going back, but it's hard to justify the trip unless I was also going for some dirt track action.

Great food for the price. The dirt track would be more enjoyable with a south wind.
