Any automotive shop can test for leaks. You can also buy a leak detector kit at any parts store that uses UV dye, but its only going to tell you what you already know, other than locating the leak. A leak that bad needs to have the system evacuated after repair, so take it in. I had pretty good luck with the dealer on getting something liek this done RIGHT, but it won't be cheap unless its something very simple like a bad fitting, valve or a replaceable line. Many times the leak is int he compressor itself, which would be easiest to fix by simply locating a used replacement.
