Used are hard to find. The motor is easy to replace with new, but they are not cheap.

1994 Black NA - SOLD
2006 Red NC - GT with limited slip, HIDs, all OEM.
^Yeah, I just about had a stroke when I saw. I might start poking around to see if I can find an alternate replacement. I suspect the housing and tab location for mounting is what makes them so expensive.
I believe the motor is fairly generic and is used on many fans. It's just not cheap for some reason. I bet you could put on a better aftermarket fan for less. Gabkwong researched this thoroughly when he had his NB, he may have a better idea about pricing.

i have the larger primary fan and housing from a 93 na for cheap
Rock auto has the automatic trans fan motor on wholesaler closeout for $29. It's cut wires you have to solder in.
I bought one but haven't installed it yet. Since I rarely drive the car lately if you needed one quick you can just pay me for mine and i'll order another one.
