Default 97M Edition (How much is it worth)

Thinking about selling my 1997 M Edition and was wondering how much she is worth.

A little history about my 97M, at 131k miles, the engine develop crank walk and TDR rebuilt the entire long block with OEM parts, along with new Exedy clutch and light weight fly wheel. All coolant hoses were replaced too. Currently, it has 235K miles and still running strong.

    Maintenance :
    Falken Ziex 912 - 5,000 miles
Rosenthal Timing belt kit with tensioner, accessories belts and all seals - 15,000 miles
    Heater hose - 15,000 miles
    Fuel filter - 15,000 miles
    NGK spark plugs 15,000 miles
    Denso/NGK Front and rear O2 sensor - 15,000 miles
O'reilly Clutch master and slave cylinder(Lifetime warranty) - 15,000 miles
Magneflow catalytic converter - 30,000 miles
OEM Coil pack - 40,000 miles
O'reilly AGM Battery - Last summer

    Mods :
    Tein Flex 9kg(front) 6kg(rear)
    Poly bushing all 4 corners
Convert oil pressure gauge to 90-94 sender and gauge
BRG hard top(bolted to frame) with working defroster
    Fujitsubo catback exhaust
Bossfrog double diagonal roll bar with harness bar
    Hertz Hi-energy amplifier
    Hybrid Audio Technology speakers
Alpine media player (no cd player)

    The BAD :
Paint is not in good condition. However, with a good buffer I could probably restore the shine.
There are door dings all over the car.
Hood and trunk have hail damages
    Driver seat is torn
Passenger side front fender was back into by someone at Walmart
    No softtop
Steering wheel surface is not in the best condition
    Dash have cracks

    Does have clean blue title.

To be honest, its probably worth a lot more stripped-down than it will ever be as it sits. I'd say $3k is what you can expect to get for it in the condition you describe with those miles on the chassis. You can remove most of the aftermarket parts and still get around that same price. I think you have another $1k in parts value if you wanted to take the time/effort to remove them and replace with oem.

If you sell the HT separately you have another $1k, but you'll need a softop. I have a good tan top on a frame I can sell you cheap (install too) if you want to be able to sell the top.

Less than $3500 IMO. Not hard to find one with a decently strait body and less mileage for around that. Is worth more in parts TBH.

I figure it would be worth more money if I part out the aftermarket parts BUT I do not have both the time and most importantly a garage to work on my car. Thank for giving me a heads up should I decide to sell my car.

I forgot to add, it also have the FM frame rails too.

I'd be interested in the car as-is, should you decide to sell it without parting it yourself. PM me if you want to discuss possible options.
