Not really a valid argument given the change in environments. I suspect the forum software has changed along with increased need for security measures to keep the bots and spammers at bay. Not to mention how would you hear about the issues given the absence of a medium such as Facebook for the unhappy to vent? The best they could do is send an email. Maybe a rant via a newspaper classified? Smoke signals via burning rubber?
