Do you have to have the keys matched to the ECU for a 99? I was thinking that business started with the NBs. If so, the transponder code in the key is matched to a code in the ECU and the car won't start unless they match.
The ECU in my 99 has decided to not work anymore. So I'm in need of another one. Let me know if you've got one you'd like to not have anymore.
Thanks.
