I don't know if Grapevine is too far for you, but I used these guys to fix the rear glass on my CRV...
Reasonable prices and they fixed a long standing problem with the rear glass not closing correctly...

I need to replace my windshield on my 1990 miata. Does anybody know of any good shops around dfw?

If you search on here, last year there was a thread about a really well priced outfit.
sourceautoglass.com is the place, and they come to you. Under $150 installed w/ new rubber, in your driveway. Used them 3 times, referred several others, all positive outcomes.

Source auto glass seems like my best option. Thanks!
+1 on Source, did the Miata and my kids Kia at the same time.
Good guy. I called the FW number.

We use Richadson Auto glass at the shop. I don't know what it would cost for the miata but i was told it's cheaper in the winter and prices go up once the spring/summer hail season starts. Also, all glass-brand quality is not equal. Pilkington glass is supposed to be high quality versus "Chinese" glass most companies use.

I called them yesterday and talked to a guy. He came to me in my driveway today, and finished in a little over 30 minutes. Definitely recommend!
