Does anyone have the flying Miata tools to do A timing belt or know how to do one without it

I have a set for sale for Big Nose Crank, including the cam seal tool, front main seal tool, cam sprocket holder, and crank pulley tool. $65, can meet today or tomorrow.

You can do a timing belt without any special tools. I've done them in many foreign cars which claim to need lots of high dollar specialty tools. The main thing you need is a $3 paint pen to mark all the pulley positions! Then you can count the number of belt teeth between each mark on the side without the tensioner from the crank to the last cam sprocket. Mark the new belt the same and viola! It's about five minutes of counting, checking and marking. I've done this on dirt roads in the middle of no where when a water pump failed on a VW..... least fun I've ever had working on a car.

There's also the old '2-crescent wrenches and a C-clamp/vise grips' method for holding the cams in place. Easier with the real tools, but it can be done without.

Here's the numbers of teeth between each pulley.

I do Timing Belts all the time and have the FM tools, but never use them.

Yes, if Stevan does something, that will be the only way to do it. FM made these and sold them for no reason whatsoever.
