Really depends on where you are starting from.
But possibly an Orange pads with menzerna polish and some time should bring them back.

Even though I've tried to keep my car clean and waxed, the bumpers are starting to dull. What is the current wisdom on how to rejuvenate Miata bumpers? I assume this starts with a DA polisher, but what pads/products are best in this case?

Just be very careful, as the paint seems to get very thin on those bumpers, especially red.

I've got to be careful. A previous owner polished through the yellow paint to the white base layer on two narrow edges, so I'm not sure how thick the paint is anywhere now. At a casual glance, someone might think the two places are just reflections/glare, but I know they are there.
I was going to head down the path of clay bar then DA with Klasse AIO and glaze. I thought as long as I was doing that, I should bring the bumpers back too. They aren't actually bad -- a basic wax job makes them look like the rest of the car for a few weeks. I just want them to be "right."
Thanks for the responses.
