My somewhat newish OEM value clutch is slipping and I fear another clutch job in my near future. (I have a 1.6 clutch / flywheel on my car now)

Is the 01 OEM header significantly better than the 99 stock, or is it not worth the upgrade/better to get an aftermarket header?
