Friday is optional, so long as you get tech'd and checked in first thing Saturday. They are not lenient about that.

I'm trying to decide when to arrive on Friday. I will for sure be there for the Evo Hole Shot class that starts at 01:30 PM, but the schedule shows site and course setup from 8 to 11 AM. Does that mean the course should be open for walking by 11?
No. Course will be open after practice starts are complete.
No, I don't think they open for walking until after practice starts are done. It's definitely a good idea to get out there Friday to register and tech, though.

Thanks to the Texas Region for doing an awesome job putting on the event! It was unfortunate that we had so many pavement issues but they were handled as best as they could be. Hopefully next year we don't get two weeks of rain before the event.

How are the Index results calculated? How about the index fraction itself? It's not RTP. How is it derived?
