WTB NA Hood

Is there such a thing as a hail damage free hood?

I am thinking about painting my car during the off season and would like to start with a nice hood. Silver would be a bonus but not a deal breaker.

I'm not sure what a fair price would be so any advice on that subject would be welcome.
