Wtb nc
Anyone looking to sell / know of a nice NC? It's for my daughter... she'd really prefer an automatic, but I'm totally on-board with making her learn how to drive a manual. I'm only even considering an automatic if it's cheaper. Shooting for $7000 to $7500 price range.
Tons of good cars in that price range, I'd expect. The NC is not a bad car in auto, actually. Just hit CL adn avoid the 2007's. That's the only year with a higher-than-normal failure rate on the motors, and even it is pretty low. 09+ is a bit better interior-wise.

Thanks Mike. We test drove an 06 at a dealer in Frisco. She loved it (hooray!), but the one we looked at was all kinds of crappy... Traction control & airbag lights kept flashing, top was trashed, along with other little things that screamed "abuse".
Holy cow, I was floored how tiny the NC trunk was. I felt the NB trunk was decent for such a small car.
If you wanted to buy her a near new one, at triple the budget, I know of one.

Have they announced the models/packages of the RF?
So far we only know what equipment are on the LE which will not has a LSD, upgraded suspension and brakes. I am sure and hope they will have one version later that has the handling package. My intent for the RF (if ever get one) will be a DD and will not see AX nor track given the weight penalty. I like mine already come with "handling package". I don't want to wrench on the RF. I am going to drive it the way it roll of the boat from Hiroshima!

Configuration went live last night at mazdausa.
Two trims: Club and GT. No sport.
If it's the same as the regular ND, the Club is the racey one.
